Awesome

I get this real Nice Beatles feeling at a few points, It's got a bit of a Abbey Road-ish White Album-ish Feeling in a few areas.

The Singing suits the song perfectly, along with the higher notes and I love the reverb and echo.

Overall it's a solid song, one that'd be a higher point of an Album if put in one. Only criticism could just be a bit more of a beat could be nice, some finger clicking at some points would give it a really nice feel

Good stuff

StickyRemnant responds:

Heh, it's funny that you bring the Beatles up. I began writing the song as a kind of ode to Lennon.
I didn't think of trying some clicks. I'll give that a go.

Thanks for the review. It's appreciated.

Woah

The only words to describe such riffage is

METALLL!!!!!

or to a further extent

METULLL

CWN responds:

I can only answer with:
METAL!

yeh ok...

it has a good degree of catchines to it and is a very good 1st attempt, better than Mine to say the least

I haven't really been in a plane crash but i don't think it sounds like one.....this was rpetty good though , jsut needs a bit more welll everything :p a good bit of bass would give this some power, cuz it kinda sounds like when you walk in the tunnels or a cave of a old Pokemon gameboy game

svinepels responds:

Thank you very much! The title is only to compare this song's rawness and loudness with the sound of an airplane crash.

Oh my fucking sweet satan

This blew my mind on what people usually do on audio portal

this song is....so kickasss

you took a great backing track and made it soooo awesome!

Made everything i've ever submitted sound like a drunken cat fighting a Pig being Anally raped!

the mood of the song combined with the tempo changes, the mind melting solo the kinda string skipping sound and the palm muting all goes together to create a masterpeice of music

Well fuckin' done

that was awesome

Sonofkirk responds:

Woot ! Thanks a lot dude ! Eh your submissions are great, I will drop you a word soon ; ). Though, the tempo doesn't change in this piece ; ). Thanks a lot for this great review dude, I appreciated it a LOT ! Keep on rockin' !

Awesome

Your like the adam Phillips (if thats his name) of the Audio portal, usually in ym reviews i go on for ages on what to improve

but this is overall pretty tight and works perfectly with everything

an Awesome recording

what guitars do you use for this one?

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

You'll have to ask the dude below this review. He made the music on this beast. He is the breast.
I mean best.
Thanks for the review, man!\m/

kickas

This is kickass man, the sintruments are tight and i think Metallica would like this too

i dont know em' but i doubt they'd say it sucked

This must of taken a VERY long time to make (as you said)

adompeace responds:

Glad you liked it, man! I'm sure Metallica, particularly Cliff Burton (may he rest in peace), would've liked it.

hmm

It too loud and Fuzzy at times ,makes it near impossibble to make out (i assume due to some equipment)and some notes seemed out of tune

I would reccomend a riff that should be used throughout and maybe some other instruments in there too on another song

Was this Impro?
Or a song?
or written by yourself
and how long have you been playing?

TheDraxor responds:

It was improv, but it fit a friend, so I I gave it a name.
I've been playing for 4 years, but my Amp sucks.. I've got a really good bass, a really good cord, and a $10 amp, so no matter what it gets really buzzy. I wish I could use the school amp for some recordings, but they don't have a microphone.

Very good

It was Very good Synth

The Drums suited the feel of it and so did the bacground choir vocals, which sounded sweet

when you get you guitar back you could include some pinch harmonics at some point during a break or use it at the beggining to really melt some faces

I liked it a lot

ill favourite it

SpherixZ responds:

Thank you very much =)

Yeah, Squealies would match good I think, but I donno how to make them with the Synth Guitars(with a good sound). Emulated Guitars are just too limited.

Maybe, when I got my StealthPlug and stuff, I will add it to the Song =)

Sweet

The Bass reminds me of dawn Patrol by Megadeth

well structured

what guitar do you play?

Nessbeatsfox responds:

I play everything if that's what you mean. I play the guitar line, bass line, and the drums. As far as the brand, I use a B.C. Rich Warlock guitar and a Rouge bass.

Beautiful

The flute and Strings goes together perfectly

and its been said before but reminds me of the old RPG games

This could be put on a slow motion part of a fight

y'know like a giant battle and jsut as the two sides meet everything slows down

and The Flute alo makes it sounds slightly Oriental at about 2 minutes in so then i picture samurai's.....

anyway enoguh of the whole imagination shit

amazing song

KTRECORDS responds:

Glad you like it man. This will actually be thrown in an rpg eventually. Hopefully it fits as well as we all hope it does! Thx!
